I'm on the level 40 mission and I can't start it cause one troop is off 2 stat points. I mean... seriously? I should have been promoted ages ago but I have this roadblock in my way. How can I solve this? Everytime I train my recruits, 2 stats are over leveled and one stat is below. This is honestly really frustrating. I don't know what I am doing wrong.....

I had the same issue..I just leveled mine up and eventually the stats went up that way. I also got lucky with the chemistry..it compensated for the points I was missing.

Yeah my guys are around 43. It is a tad bit ridiculous that everything has to be past the cap for a chance at the mission. Thanks though... I'll just wait it out and level.

That you can change your stats 3 times a day right? I haven't had any issues and have gotten promotion right away. It just takes time to find the right combination.

I have all my members to 50 already for a while now so forgive me if my memories is a bit vague but I could of sworn you only need to have two stats and not all three for a chance to beat the mission. All three stats is a quarantee success two stats is a high probability of success.

It's not 100% guaranteed but yes it can happen depending on offset.

What you might try is just load up on two stats and ignore the third either completely.

for the rank up level 20/40 missions you MUST have all 3 stats equal or more than what is required otherwise you will fail it. if you are close try shuffling a few members around and do the training to move your stats around to see if that works or just keep sending them out and training everyday to level them up so that they do meet the reqs. all the other missions if you have 2/3 reqs met you can just yolo it and you'll prob succeed at it.
