Protect already has Shell built in and reraise would break raiding

Reraise wouldn't break raiding just put it on a long recast "caster only" it'll be the same as your healer bud raising you. Wipe mechanics would still end the raid. And add the same properties of SSII which prevent you from casting during battles.

And should be easy to add to WHM since all the properties for the spell already exist in POTD with raising pomander.
