We can do the same for tanks! Let's give everyone Flash and maybe some debuffs to use when they aren't main tanking. You don't need to do damage to hold hate if the enmity potency is high enough. xD

Incorrect! Main tank dps is accounted for as well. They do in fact need to deal damage.
