Suggestion: Raid Floor Clear Detection

I hope someone with power sees this.
I know some of us that do the Savage Content, are sick of people jumping into the party saying they havent cleared the floor(s) and then when the floor boss is dead, the group gets screwed out of the chest(s). Is there Some way the devs could implement an in-game notice that states to the party that x player has cleared this floor.
I dont know how many times this has happened to my group.

Set the raid finder as duty completion, not practice.
