All classes or jobs are the same, you hit a button, and then hit another button. repeat.
Anyone can simplify something into absurdity.
The current system isn't as drastic as people say.
with a 25% penalty to moves used from outside your class, and with 0 costs equipped, I can honestly say I found quite a difference in the play style of the classes.
The only way we could make them any more different, is to add system to them, that arn't currently in the programming, and might not be in 2.0 (we don't know, but for those who don;t know what I mean, Im referring to systems such as combo points for Rogues in WoW, or Runes/runic power for Death Knights, etc., Giving each class something to maintain outside of cool downs and just button mashing 1-3.)
