Transfer looking for Medium size fc

Hello! I recently transfered to this server from Bryn because of the lackluster raiding scene and am hunting for a new FC to hopefully stick with.
I'm looking for a active, medium (30-70) player base with a casual to mid-core focus.
I'm relatively new to the game (been playing for about 5 months) and really not interested in any drama or 'elitist' attitudes toward newer or non-hardcore players. That being said, I really enjoy learning about the game and how to preform my jobs better, so helpfulness and patience would be appreciated.
If it's relevant, I'm on PST and get on almost entirely on the weekends.

P.S. This probably sounds really picky but after 3 failed FCs on my old server, I don't want to invest in another to just have it fall apart
P.S.S This is just an idea-- I can be swayed to join even if don't exactly meet the requirements above

My FC Delusions of Grandeur might be a good fit for you. We are a social FC that is in the process of rebuilding for Storm Blood. We desire and are working towards a heavy focus on doing things together as a group. We want to host events and help people with content both old and current.

To tell you a little more about us, we on average have 10 people online. We aim (and mostly succeed) at being drama free. We like to have fun and are a rowdy bunch. We have all the perks others have. A large house in the lavender beds, double buffs, Discord for those who want to join.
