Can we please have undersize mode and party numbers on old content?

Unfortunately, many of the mechanics in the 24-man raids require the alliance system--they'd have to retool a lot of the fights to get around it.

The game already accounts for it, somewhat at least. I've been pulled into a group that was not mine when we fought Ozma and pulled him without a full alliance.
