Can we please have undersize mode and party numbers on old content?

Can we? like having to wait 45 minutes+ on a queue for void ark when our current team made of 8 people can do it alone is quite frustrating.

I can not understand why there are still these dumb restrictions in game..
can we please play the game as we like since we pay for it?
I can understand for extremely new content, but old content should be all free and unlocked.

She was just being nice. I would say the same thing because you didn't make it aware that you knew that's how it was. No need to be impatient.

I don't think SE plans on making Alliance based dungeons undersized. There are too many mechanics imo. But never say never. I'm sure the development team thought about it. Trust me, they do a lot of brainstorming that we think should be obvious. Sometimes it hinders their future plans for a more complex fun update. Ye just need to wait and see what Papa SE has in store for us in 4.0 as JunseiKei said.

Or, they could just leave things as-is and let players try for themselves if they want to go in with less people. Like... most other MMOs.

No reason to be rude. I'm pointing out Heavensward content is probably not considered "old" yet by their standpoint. Even then, the 24 man raids have yet to be unsynced.
