FFXIV Blamprest not giving relic quest for 2nd anima?

Okay so, I've completed my first Anima relic to 260 the first week that patch launched.

For my 2nd relic I completed the 240 stage last week.

The next part should be the 260 stage quest called "Future Proof" from Blamprest in Idyllshire. Problem is, he doesn't show any quest, and talking to him with or without wearing my 240 relic does nothing. What am I missing? =/


EDIT: lol never mind. I found the problem *i feel silly now*
