The concept of leveling THM to be a healer, but relying on the good chance of the party having a CNJ to use actual cure spells, buff the party with pro/shell, use poisona, ect.... then feeling so cheated and betrayed because you no longer have a healer class truely makes sense to you? lol
Yes it does actually.
Some people (not all) pick the best of a role (bandwagon jobs) because they aren't very good at the game, and hope for the job/classes higher performance to help make up for this.
Some people don't have too much time to level up classes/jobs (w/e game this is.)
Yes leveling is faster, but honestly as a casual gamer myself, I've yet to hit Lv50, and that IS with PLs. You would be surprised how slow it can STILL be, for those with limited time to play.
Considering the reliance of a BRD o refresh is coming back to the game, is sounds to me ur idea of "Hope someone fills this role I cannot" isn't too far from what SE is aiming for.
Considering the short timers of buffs, someone needs to split the debuffs and buffs, otherwise u waste time spamming buffs with debuffs, when you need to heal.
(aka why THM was debuffer, and CNJ was buffer)
You are only looking at his problem from a limited view.
