This is more like removing ARC's DD abilities and replacing them with BRD songs (which is, notably, not what is planned for ARC/BRD). There's a huge difference between shifts in the effectiveness of a role and removing that role altogether.

    and archer DD ability,s will not be removed. simply said Archer will receive new ability,s when doing Brd quests.

    As in, reassign my 50 levels of THM to CNJ. And it's not like there is no precedent for this; it's effectively the same as a talent-reassignment in WoW (a game where you can't play multiple classes on one character). Based on his interviews, Yoshida doesn't have a problem borrowing ideas from that game.

    Correct. This is the way it should work.

    However, THM's healing ability IS being removed. That was my point: ARC will still be ARC, even though BRD adds support abilities. In contrast, THM's healing is going away to make way for BLM-lite.
