Steps:
1. Entered Mist Ward 7 where my apartment is
2. Took Aethernet Shard to The Topmast Subdivision
3. Tried to enter my apartment from the Apartment Building Entrance, but there was no option to go to my apartment
4. Room #13 was empty in apartment menu

My apartment information is still present in the housing menu, and I can even change the apartment name in the menu without errors. I cannot purchase another apartment.
