Class reform on DoL & DoH

Both disciplines will be adjusted so that they learn their abilities by leveling up

Actions, abilities and treatises purchased using guild tokens will be removed and can no longer be used

So to clarify does this mean that a skill like Hand of the Gods will be removed completely? Or will I learn it through leveling up?

If I so learn it through leveling up, do I learn it at

level 36 - the level that is required to purchase Hand of the Gods

or

level 50 - the optimal level for Hand of the Gods

?

If patch 1.20 comes around and I not longer have Hand of the Gods, that kinda goes back on what Yoshida said about not erasing progress.
