That very well might be a case of misinterpretation by the original interviewer and a mistranslation of that statement.

Thank you for posting this! I knew I had read that, just couldn't provide the original source after all this time.

That may very well be the case. But, I would really appreciate if a DEV could respond because there are people (you're talking to one of them) that are under the impression all the primal horses would get to fly. They made the stupid turtle fly, why not these magical horses made out of elemental energy?
