Just curious, do any servers have houses available?
When is the next batch or reclaimed houses expected?

I have an alt on couerl housing was freed up there. But not many players there

Lamia has houses being demolished daily, but most of the are just small plots. Last time I checked a few days ago there were probably 6-8 available spread across all districts.

There's no "next batch" as the timer is continuous. The only reason there was a large number that released all at once earlier in the month was because the timer was on pause when more houses were added and anyone that entered their house during the long pause also had their timer reset, so when it was turned back on there were a lot of houses that started their 45 day timer all at the same time. At this point (unless there's another pause) it's going to be all randomly scattered auto-demolishes.

Goblin has actual wards completely vacant. But unless you like playing by yourself or have friends moving with you, I would not recommend that server. It feels like a big, empty, single player game over there. Why not stick around on Faerie a while longer? My husband and I just moved back, and since then we've seen three houses go up for sale.

I'll share my experience with transferring servers for housing.

First thing's first, before 3.3 hit, they announced housing price adjustments. No one knew what that meant, so I transferred servers to guarantee a large house. Turned out to be a bad call because housing prices went down, generally. Anyway, a few months later, I found myself lonely. I ended up demoing the house due to loneliness. Eventually, I transferred to Gilgamesh, with no gil, but knowing it was a bigger server, I knew there were friends to be made over there. 3.4 hits, two weeks of gathering got me to 50m gil. All I wanted was a chance to buy a large house.

That chance came on 10/11/2016, at 5:02 PM CDT. I log in, and then I surf through the Lavender Beds residential aethernet. My jaw dropped when I saw the large house open. I teleport to Ward 3, use the aethernet to go to the subdivision, and then I quickly pounced on the large house. So transferring was worth it in the end. but to a larger server.
