feast ranked question

hey guys, this happened today and i am wondering if i did anything wrong.

I wanted to do challange log for pvp, i dont really do it a lot. i Queued all the availables feasts, including ranked. i got in, and i had the wrong hotbar, and used a raise which gave weakness.

people started fighting because we are lousing, and one guy said he will report me and the bard, he said we should not be allowed to play ranked.

when he saw later that i was still playing, my 4th game, he started messging me in the game, and complaining, he said i should never play ranked and that he and others work hard to get their rank etc. or at least not to play healer.

I tried to explain i had the wrong hot bar and i got it fixed, but he would not lisnten.

my question is, if i am a noob at pvp, is there any rule that says i should not join rank? does he have the right to report me if i am bad in pvp and enter rank?

I play other pvp games, like LOL. in those games people get placed acording to their skill level ( bronze silver etc ), while intentional feeding can be reported and maybe some unskillled, i wonder how does that compare to pvp in this game.
