OP, people throw macros out of the window for valid reasons:
-Macros don't queue GCD abilities, so you lose a fraction of a second on every ability, leading to an overall loss.
-Popping buffs within GCD macros often clip into GCD, especially with fast classes like MNK who can only afford to pop one buff between GCDs. This is an even bigger loss than the first point.
-Putting buffs into GCD macros also loses all control you have over their general timing. This will make your opener garbage, unable to hold burst for specific dps checks, unable to control when to pop your defensive buffs and so on.
-As for MNK specific critque: you're using a less than optimal opener and rotation. I'd suggest going through some MNK guides in the DPS section.

Please learn to keybind instead of using macros. You can easily bind 3 hotbars into reachable locations around your movement keys even without a special keyboard or mouse with extra buttons. The ability bloat is real, but macros are not the answer.

Looked to me like he was trying to use the macro system as a form of keybinding. /shrug
