I've been a lazy monk, and have not tried to produce a special opener. Even so, I'd expect the best PB opener would have two Snap Punches followed by a Demolish, and then nothing but True Strike until PB runs out - with possibly a Snap Punch at the very end just to refresh GL3.

Other than that, its a clever use of macros to get the rotation in without wasting GCD time. I do something similar with my one monk macro (its just the three buffs : Blood for Blood, Internal Release, Bloodbath; Bloodbath I find helps to counter any damage taken from Blood for Blood's drawback), though I just hammer that macro in between other moves when I want to stack my buffs.
