Needs a bit more info tbh. What language KB, version of Windows, detailed (as much as you can remember) description of what you were doing prior to KB/mouse freeze... It will help the QA people pinpoint the problem that much quicker. Oh, type of keyboard as well (brand & model). Wireless? (I ask because I had a roommate back in my school days that insists on using an ancient microwave that emitted 2.4GHz interference when on. All wireless devices like routers, input devices and phones went instantly dead.)

Generic tip: reinstall drivers, check batteries, the connection between computer and input device and other bone head level 1 technical problems. If it's not that then you'll need QA/Dev. help.
