    In game support desk feature isn't working; please help

    hey!

    Ever since I started playing on my MAC, I haven't been able to use the "In-game" support desk feature. I can't contact any GM, report harassments, report players, leave a suggestion or even get a ticket to submit a question to a GM. (A friend of mine tried contacting one for me, but couldn't do anything do to their privacy protocol.. GM advised him to tell me to use this forum instead)... So here we are.

    Please help

    Sorry, but what's actually the problem? The screenshot you posted above just shows the blank ticket form waiting for something to be typed in?

    I wish I could show you.. The problem is, I can't type anything at all whatsoever. I can't click on "report" or "send/submit" (w/e is written down). Everything stays like the picture. I can't type/edit in "title" or in "body". Even when I try searching to get an answer, I can't do it. It's blank, it doesn't allow me to edit it.

    It stays like this for every way you can contact in game support or, search for a question (can't do that either). I've noticed it when they first released the MAC version, but didn't really bothered with it since they had a lot of issues (at first)..However, a year later, it's still not fixed. I tried sending bug reports (via the FFXIV website) and contacting them, but never got an answer (or if you actually call them, they can't help you with in game issues, at least that's the answer they gave me).

    It's hard to describe but it's basically an "inactive" form. Normally the part you're pointing at would be highlighted and you can select it and start typing, but here nothing ever activates. So you can't type or do anything with it.

    I have it happen too sometimes - when I pull up the form it often takes a moment to "load" in the form and it stays inactive for a bit before it becomes active and usable. Though there have also been times it never activated at all.

    I have been trying to report harassment all week and usually the form is inactive. When I am able to type and submit, it says "failed, try again".
