I guess the next SE move will be make tank's job much easier than it is now, so we will get new tanks and the average ones will not lose aggro so easily as it happens today.

It sure calls for some impact to people that feels like "leave the pro stuff to the pro", but as today the underperforming dps isn't noticed as bad as it is the tank or healer, and a change in that sense will just makes things more balanced on overall party role playing difficulty, and it makes no much difference in difficult duties where everyone must performs top notch, and the pro still makes the difference between a kill and a wipe.
