    Change it so it doesn't take up hotbar space!!! Make a PVP section in auto translate and disable all chat except auto translate phrases from the pvp section instead.

    Make it so if you use the same chat more than 3 times in 5 seconds you get locked out of chat for 30 seconds.

    As for suggestions for chat options "follow marks!".
