The New Chat Restriction in The Feast

To my knowledge, the chat restriction was never requested by anyone. There was never a thread about it in the forums. It has never come up in any of the live letters or Q&A's. There was no petition for it, and SE never once asked us about feedback concerning chat. They never even mentioned this as a PvP issue before suddenly deciding to block it. Quite frankly, even toxicity within PvP was rarely discussed by SE themselves. There have been a few threads about it here in the forums, but SE has never officially responded to any of them (at least not in the English ones). This was, quite literally, a decision that they came to all on their own without any player input, feedback, or even an open highway of communication, least of all with the true PvP'ers who have been here since long before the garo event bandwagon started up.
