I don't typically respond to people like you, since you seem to be a troll more than someone actually wanting to discuss the topic.

I don't see much reason trying to discuss a topic with someone who is going to disregards other's thoughts and insist that his are correct. But I'll give my thoughts anyways (;

I've also been playing since the 2.0 relaunch, and while I don't care enough to pay attention to the negatives of "nearly every single feature", I can say for certain that SE is definitely good at listening and giving to the community (which, unfortunately, is why I feel this chat restriction won't be implemented).
