lol so true.
I am shocked they added the mp button without addressing our strong disagreement to the chat removal. I am really insulted they do nothing to curb PvE toxicity (more extreme and more frequent mind you) then PvP and yet PvP is hit with a bad change.
Season 4 just started, and for the most part everything is working great. People using macros mid combat for comunication has been more helpful then any blatant "Healer what are you doing?" or "Tank get in tank stance!" etc. etc.
Season 4 just started, and I already have people standing outside of my sacred prism taking full damage with blood for blood on. WAR's in deliverance with 6 stacks taking it like a champ with Raw Intuition (No Awareness) full duration! Everything is working awesome, just when you thought this game's pvp couldn't get any worse!

How is "tank get in tank stance!" harassment instead of blunt helpfulness? If the tank has 4 stacks they SHOULD be in tank stance, jeez. Too bad I can't even tell the WAR to put a stance ON...
OMG, forgot to tell SE that we need a button for tank stance as well. But then again we need like a hundred more chat ez buttons to be fair.
I see you all jumping at the opportunity to pull bits and pieces from my post regarding tank stance, but what about the other part about people blaming healers? I don't see very much defense there.

because sometimes it is the healers fault? I've seen on numerous occasions that my co-healer is literally just standing there not casting anything whilst our team is getting dunked on and I'm left solo healing pretty much and when i take a look at the scoreboard there is a large discrepancy in heals done. Especially as i am ALWAYS playing noct-ast so i don't get the heal ticks, my numbers should not be higher than a WHM or diurnal AST. Some of these healers are bad and need to be asked to pull their weight. That isn't 'bullying' or 'harassment'.

Amen. Nothing quite like being one of three healers in a 72 FLs and seeing that I did like over 750k healing while the other healers are sub-200k. I don't comment on such, since it's FLs and it's the place for people to go if they want to learn, but I've had a few times where I've queued in as a tank or SMN and felt like my healers were really dropping the ball - in those matches I just swap healer myself rather than commenting, but eh, people react differently to things.because sometimes it is the healers fault? That said, I don't go off my nut when it comes to mild criticism (ie "healer what are you doing???" instead of "pls douse yourself in gasoline and light yourself on fire so you can never play PVP again"), so that sort of statement wouldn't bother me even IF I actually got harassed by people (I'd like to think I'm reasonably decent at PVP healing, so I don't). There's not really any excuse for harassment, but I wouldn't consider something like "WTF r u doin" to be harassment, per se, just a rude outburst from someone implying that they think I'm doing a poor job. And even if that's not accurate, it's that person's right to believe as such - if anyone thinks they can do a better job, I always tell them they're more than welcome to adopt the mantle. Except now I can't tell them that while they spam "Nice job!" over and over again, I'm just left to roll my eyes at it with no means to defend myself.
By all means though, let's continue to move the goalposts in a desperate attempt to make this poor, lazy chat ban look somehow valid.
Because from those "bits and pieces", it's easy to see that there is a severe lack of understanding, which invalidates the point.
