Because they are generally incompetent when it comes to pvp and still for some reason don't listen to their much more knowledgeable community. One month of pre-season of season 4, yet no pre-season for a super long season 3. A nerf to mnk after season 3 which others have stated fist of earth was just too good for mnk. One month to test out the new feast map, yet no test at all in the implementation of the chat banned mid-season for season 3. Why do I feel like SE just make things up on the fly with their decisions making when the decision matter most but put careful changes to very minor pvp balance at the end of the season as it should be and not mid-season.
The, "Collecting wolves heart" macro took too much dev time.
Yet no "Need Mana!" macro for healers. I'm looking at you, ranged who don't play Manasong/Report.
I really want to boycott Feast until we get chat back, but the minions are tempting.
Going to stay strong, though. I, and I know many others are still extremely unhappy with the removal of communication in a team based mode of competitive play.
I invite those of you who feel the same to join me.
See you in Frontlines.
I really just want a surrender or give up chat option to stop losses from dragging out or when you have another team that just starts farming kills and stops collecting medals, it's irritating.
Just wanted to pop in and say this:
I have not missed chat more than now. A new map, new box mechanics, new meta. It is nearly impossible to communicate certain strategies, such as B-lining for the enemy boxes on the Lichenwood map (or whatever its called.)
The amount of quick chat commands required to communicate effectively would be absurd, and unrealistic given the fact that they seem to only put out 1 per patch.
I had a BRD that happened to be on my server that let me sat on MP and was after coins. With me he died 3 times, once was having 5 stack, along with making himself open so badly, I could not even heal him with Lustrate.
It would been nice to tell them to pull back and not run into the front lines like that, but maybe he was win trading, who knows.
