Repeated support replying notices for the same reply (still)

Time: nov 24 starting 9:20 or so CET
Frequency: every time I load into an instance and every time I load out of an instance
World name: Cerberus
Character name: Lelane Lavellan
Class/Level: any
Party or solo: both
Area and coordinates: any
Steps:
1. Send report about RMT party invite.
2. Receive reply notice message across the screen with flashing icon in the corner.
3. Open message, read it, and close issue, causing the flashing icon to vanish.
4. Load into Palace of the Dead.
5. Receive another reply notice message across the screen with the flashing icon in the corner.
6. Open message center to find no new message.
7. Open and close old message again, close issue again. The flashing icon vanishes again.
8. Finish Palace of the Dead and load into waiting room.
9. Receive another reply notice message across the screen with the flashing icon in the corner.
10. Ignore it and load into next part of Palace of the Dead.
11. Receive another reply notice message across the screen.
12. Etc.

Next day of playing I am still getting constantly spammed by the reply notices. Last time it happened it kept happening for days, until the game updated. -_- I was hoping it would be fixed by now but I guess I'm still restricted from using the report feature.
