    Unable to unlock A9s-A12s

    Hey I was just wondering if there was anything I needed to unlock Alexander 9-12 Savage besides having iLvl 245 min, the quest Of Endings and Beginnings, and being level 60 which I all have. I have looked everywhere online and have found nothing yet the quest will not appear for me and the Wandering Minstrel refuses to give me the quest. I have also clicked on him which results in a cut scene of him singing and that is all. Thanks for all the help!

    Edit: I have already cleared Normal A9-A12 as well
