[DEV REQUEST] Please make the Hellhound Obtainable By More than Just the Top 100 PVP

I really don't understand why this mount is simply not awarded for participating in PvP during the season. Like win X number of matches to get this mount. In WoW there is a PvP season mount obtainable even for players who dont play rated but it's season specific.

Because you seem to have a hard time reading, I'll repeat my suggestion.

I think the best way for competitive PvP to still have semi-unique cool rewards, is to have two versions of a mount. A normal version and an armored version, one being obtained in PvE, the other in PvP.

How exactly is it a bad idea? It'd still be a reward that's unique (which is something you wanted, right?). You'd still be able to show off an armored version of a mount, that'd be easily distinguishable from the non-armored version.

The fact that players are complaining this much about the mount clearly shows that players have been wanting to see it added to the game. #logic

Not sure how you're getting that from my post. I suggest looking into understanding written language.

They should just make it so the reward stays for every season as long as you place top 100 you can get it in any season.

They just need to change it to giving you a special token that you turn in for the mount so when they add more mounts you can pick which mount you want to exchange your top 100 placement token for.

This way you can get any of the mounts in any season, but you can only pick one mount reward per season. You still need to do the work of getting in top 100 but the mount is still obtainable anytime in the future and doesn't have such a limited time span to obtain.

People didnt complained about the gear set of season 1 and 2 cause they didnt cared about it. You know whats even more funny? There is a thread from the past who requested it http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...Void-Ark-Mount but it doesnt even reached page 2 now ppl come and say "pvers asked for this mount so much". A bit of that is likely people expecting it to be released and seeing no need to post about it. It is only due to how it is getting released that there is any controversy.

Or because it wasn't a timed exclusive. You can obtain those gear sets in the same way you unlock new skins in Overwatch. The Hellhound can only be obtained if you participate and rank within the top 100th during this Feast season. That will never incentivize non-PvP oriented players, which is why Feast queues have already dropped down.
