    Sadly, I'd have to disagree with your suggestion on the HT. I would not change it at all since the 24 seconds lines up beautifully with the rest of the rotation, this skill is the foundation of your damage and I think being a distinct skill is par of the course.

    Jump also cannot be as you suggested because the return thing is the drawback for the most powerful skill in your skillset. if it didn't return you, it would invalidate SpineShatter. DRGs have the most gap-closers already it doesn't need another one. This is also the same reasoning why Elusive jump is such high CD. I would probably reduce the CD to 120 sec if at all but thats it.

    I also disagree with allowing BOTD to be extendable to 45sec. With how short the recast is, it would allow you to basically maintain your BOTD in all circumstances easily with zero drawback. Part of the difficulty of the HW DRG is how to tune your BOTD maintenance around the fight. The only thing I would change to BOTD if at all is to allow the additional time bonus to proc before the WT + FnC hits ala Armor Crush/Fire 1.

    PS: did you know that the Jump skill when used at the exact time can be used to cheese knockback mechanics? You jump then you stay exactly where you are but this only works because it can return
