Free Company - Housing Bug

Good Morning.

I have already tried to get in contact with you in-game but so far I didn't receive any reply respecting this urgent problem. It was already two weeks since I did. Basically. My character I'''''''l I'''''''l (7 apostrophes, i mayus, L minus...) was the guild leader of a guild that is now named "xXx" But it was named before something like I''''''''''''''l (Of course, it was mine....)

Said character was the only character of that guild.... Well, I logged in after two weeks, (Two weeks...) And suddenly I was no longer the leader of the guild. (I was the only one there, firstly, there didn't happen any 30 days, second... My character was the only one there...)

Now I find myself that my guild is no longer mine, and my mansion in Ward 1 plot 2 in Zodiark is no longer mine neither.... All of my effort, all of my memories.. All gone.... I was holding this place alive and logging just so it'd never be demolished, just so I'd still have it...... Then I got the idea to at least bring some of its furnitures to Ragnarok where I'm now... but now no longer I can do so. All is lost...
Please, help me with this. I have screenshots if you need, I have even a video of my and my old pals chilling there... The character in Ragnarok that is named the same than the one here have been the leader and founder of that guild back then.... Plus, I can even tell you that when the FC was founded, my character name was "Nekogami Nya" back then... (I also have screenshots of that char.... ) I can even tell you more, that guild, before being named I'''''''''''''l was named "Noobs" and it was for a really long period of time.

All that should be there in the logs, right? I don't know how anyone managed to get in that guild and kick me, was it a bug? A hacker? I don't knw..... All I know is that my heart is broken, my memories stolen, and I don't receive even a single reply when using the system desk from the in-game features....

I'd appreciate a reply. Sincerely, I want to recover my trust in Square Enix, because as it is now, it's almost entirely lost.

PS: That was a message I sent three days ago through the web support center. They told me to open a bug post here. My wild guessing is that this happened just after 3.4... After all, It was the first log of that character after patch.
