How do I add subscription time?

Hello all, I'm a new player (purchased on steam); have been playing 26 of my free 30 days. I received an email informing me that my time is running out and to renew on the mog station site, but for the life of me I cannot find the option there.

I've registered my payment method as visa, I can List Subscriptions (none) but i can't see how to ADD subscription time. I bought some Crysta hoping that'd make it clearer but it has not ; ;

On the main Mogstation page for your account, click on the big 'Manage Service Options' button, then on the next page, you have several options, one of which is 'Add/Change Subscriptions' - this is where you can select a billing cycle from 30, 90 or 180 days, and the type of credit card or debit card you have. Then click Next to enter your card details (card number, CVC number, expiry date etc) and confirm. You can also add time using a prepaid time card that you can purchase from game stores or online shops, by selecting the 'Add Game Time Card' option on the main account page.

I'm not sure how to add Crysta to an account as it's not available in all countries and is automatically disabled as an option if you're accessing it from such a location (it's not available as an option in Australia, which is where I am). So prepaid time cards and credit card/debit card billing is all that is available for me.

I'm sorry I couldn't help with the Crysta option, but hopefully this has helped.

Greetings Enkidoh and thank you for responding. I have logged back in to the Mog Station just now and I swear that Manage Service Options button was not there earlier, yet it is now, so I've clicked that and see the following options:

Enter the Registration code for the Expansion / Digital Upgrade
Steam Payment (i dont utilize a steam wallet to my knowledge, I'm noob with Steam..) / Retainer Service / Enter Item Code / Recruit a Friend / Add ps3 License / Add ps4 License / Add Mac License

then it just shows Account Type (windows a realm reborn) and a Cancel Service Account button (also a view veteran rewards hotlink)

maybe I'm not seeing it because it's still on the 30 day trial? (I find every part of this stuff utterly confusing)
