I just want to take a second and give a few good words about GM Drazilenoteb. Even though I was in the middle of clearing A10 today, (s)he waited for me to be finished before we even started discussing my ticket! If that wasn't awesome enough, (s)he had nothing but patience while I explained exactly what went wrong, and how I felt about the situation. Afterwards, (s)he let me talk to ask a question that had been lingering in my mind about a separate, more negative issue I had that I didn't have the courage to report a few weeks ago.

I want your team to be proud of yourself; this is how you do PR! Even if some feel it wasn't much, it means a lot to me to know that I can come back to support a claim and receive kind words, if nothing else.
