More Scutums?

Even if they've dropped the varying block rate ratio deal, there's no reason they can't add new scutum models to the game (and Tower, as well, for that matter).

Even if they don't, though, there's always glamour to allow you to make your kite shield look like another model. A lot of the scutums in the game already look pretty cool.

That reminds me of when the people get "Rusting Scutum" in the loot list in Stone Vigil, there's always someone that misreads it.

I use a tower model for my pld glamour since it looks good! Buuuuut my complaint is there's no current tier tower shield/scutum models in game for actual defense, just varying types of kites.

As I said earlier the Sophic Shield and Sharpened Shield of the Twin Thegns are Tower models.

If you look at all the shields released in 3.4/3.45, 4 models are Towers/Scutums (Sharpened Shield of the Twin Thegns, Sophic Shield, Shield of the Round, Dead Hive Scutum), 3 models are Kites (Heavy Metal Kite, Kinna Shield, (Augmented) Shire Shield) and 1 buckler (Alexandrian Metal Buckler).
