    They could, and bear with me here, give jump potions to subs who have already gotten a healer, tank and dps to 60. Only these people. Not new people, just people who have already actively shown they've at least bothered to do the MSQ and levelled their three major classes to 60.

    Make two different jump potions. One for battle classes and one for crafting classes. Get a gatherer and crafter to 60 to unlock the other one. Not that you even need a levelling potion for crafting when you have 100 leves and two beast tribes to help get you to 60....

    Treat it like mentoring.
