We enter our homes after a longs day adventuring the cold wet air hanging clawingly to our clothes like a second layer. I sit at my bench in my entry way and peel off my cloak and boots and set them in my built in shelves and hang the cloak up to dry.
I then retire to the back part of my room where I soak in a hot bath letting the steam mix with oils to clear my head and heat me from the inside out.

There I dry off before my stone fireplace as I sit and watch the fire dance across my floor while sipping a glass of mulled wine.
