You'll need to first upload the pictures to either personal webspace or a site like imgur.com and then you can use the "insert image" function above the text box here and insert the url of the image into and click ok. Make sure to test it in this thread first before using the submission thread. there's also a preview post option (which I found very useful with getting the formatting right).
