Suggestion for retainer like what happend with jobs but for crafter.

Give the means for a gatherer to become a crafter class giving them the benefit of opening up shop in the FC to aid members of the FC called the apprentice system.

Shop
The retainer can buy mats for there assigned class from players provided the retainer has the gil in store and sell items that can be manufactured by that assigned class.

Repairs, Item Melding and Desynthesis can be done by the assigned class for the retainer.

Retainer Class for Venture Coins
Retainers can craft items that you have already crafted once in your crafting log assigned to the retainer class and provided they have the items in there inventory's you will have the option to mass produce the items this will also provide options of how many items vs time for the venture to be completed.

Quick Synthesis = just like auto Synthesis when you craft stuff low risk option.
Delicate Synthesis = the retainer will attempt to make HQ does not always succeed can give normal item but also has high risk of failing.
