I can't accept class quests, it's putting a serious dampening on gameplay :(

I can't accept class quests. The last one i completed was bringing down the mountain. I've checked with Wyrnzoen and curious gorge but there is no quest icon and nothing in recommended, it is definitely bugged please resolve this issue asap.
Time: 11/20/2016 this is just today's date, this problem has been going on for awhile and i havent been playing because of it.
Frequency: Always. It isn't something that randomly works then glitches just constant that i cannot accept class/job quests for warrior.

Steps:
1. I tried to catch up on class quests so i can actually get more skills.
2. Went to the npc i was supposed to go to and there is no quest icon above his head.
3. I checked all areas involved with the previously completed class quest, but nothing
4. please fix this issue asap can't play the game effectively with only basic skills.

There are no class quests after lv.30. You have to bring Gladiator to lv.15 so you can become a Warrior.

From 35 onwards, the issuing quest npc is Curious Gorge, as you know it since you are a warrior already. But post 50, you will have to have Heavensward installed, and Gorge will send you to the corresponding npc for the future quests, which are from then on every 2 levels. The future npc is Broken Mountain in Bronze Lake, but iirc, he will send you through HW areas for some quests. And as it is part of the expansion (the post 50 skills), Heavensward is needed.

So as it stands, at 50 you will get two quests. One, to finish off the job at 50 and give you the final skill pre-Heavensward, and a new one introduced when expansion was released, which is the transition to the new quest NPC that will be your guy until 60.
