    It's online, so yes, there can be lag. Most things you see on the game are actually a third of a second or so behind (except your own character's movement and animations).

    just coordinate your eyes blink always to this skills when get the hang out of it to do this synchronize always when you use this skill you should never notice any lag spikes.

    If you're talking specifically about Blood of the Dragon, I'm guessing you're referring to the random buff you gain from either combo finisher that lets you use one of the fourth weaponskills. There should be no lag, but that's entirely up to your ISP and, in this game, especially the routing it takes to the game's servers.

    You have to be more specific and give a description to get an answer to a question like this.
