    Bought wrong heavenward region expansion....

    Hello,

    I just bought $39 heavenward PC download [US region] for my friend forgetting that he was on FFXIV ARR [EU region]. I was really excited to get my friend to come back and try heavenward, but this happen.

    Does anyone know how can i fix this?
    Or does anyone wanna trade Heavenward PC DOWNLOAD EU region for my Heavenward PC DOWNLOAD US region?

    You'll have to contact SE and explain the problem as see if they'll give you a refund, I have no idea what their policy is on this (someone else may know).
