I'd really rather have even greater mobility rather than a ranged attack.
E.g. chance on hit, based on enemy %HP, to refresh Shoulder Tackle, but with a 10-yalm minimum range and 33% decreased damage on the target that procced the effect. (The original cooldown timer continues in the background, and the minimum range decreases and same-target damage increases proportionately.) Proc chance increased proporionately to increased movment speed (e.g. 30% higher proc chance in Fists of Wind).
