If it gets passed it shows the US isnt, because it will open the floodgates for other bills to be passed, like making watching or uploading a video the government doesnt want you to watch illegal, they will beable to find reasons to block atleast 80% of the internet for people in the US if this gets passed even if other bills have to be passed for it but after this providing it gets passed almost any form of internet censorship will beable to be passed, which will mean the US is no longer a free country, if it doesnt get passed then US will be just as free as it is now.

Also alot of people will have heard of it by now and I have never seen people as scared and spamming details about it for people object which to me seems like alot of people are scared it will get passed, I have seen no information so say otherwise I have seen popups about it, and seen people posting on twitter people are scared and that only happens if theres a good chance a controversial law is going to get passed.
