I usually sell +1 around 750k-800k on Fabul, and seen cheaper once occasionally. There is a +3 on sell for 100mil (and the guy made at least one more). I made a few +2 all went to LS members, but so far no luck with +3 (always craft with red coral +3 and megacrab shell +3).
