An issue with Zodiac Weapon questline "A Treasured Mother"

Steps:
1. Quest line for the Zodiac Weapon labeled "A Treasured Mother"
2. I am at the part of the quest line requesting HQ items to turn into the NPC to continue the quest. They are specifically labeled as "Eel Pie HQ" and "Perfect Cloth HQ" as the items I need to turn in. I have BOTH items within my inventory. however the NPC is labeling the quest as "red" meaning I can not progress.
3. I have done other quests that are apart of the Zodiac Weapon quest line and turned in HQ items without fail or issue (e.g. "Method in His Malice, Labor of Love, A Ponze of Flesh)
4. I have bought these specific HQ items from the market place, however I did also the same with other HQ items for the other quest lines and they were all accepted without fail or issue.
5. Since the NPC will not take these two HQ items, I am stuck and can not progress. I have NOT tried making the HQ items myself, as I do not have the adequate crafting sense to do so.

Are you on the job that is working the relic quest when you're trying to turn the items in?

They are specifically labeled as "Eel Pie HQ" and "Perfect Cloth HQ" as the items I need to turn in.

Uhm...here's a thing that might cause issues:

What you need is not an "Eel Pie HQ", but rather a "Tailor-Made Eel Pie HQ". Both are culinarian recipes that exist, but they are not interchangeable. They might have omitted the "Tailor-Made" in the tooltip however, in which case they would need to correct that and the bug report is still valid, though probably more of a localization issue.

If you omitted the "Tailor-Made" by accident in your original post, disregard mine.
