I think the one which most recently annoyed me was the Bishop after POTD. Talk to her, ask to get an appraisal, confirm you really want an appraisal, then go to the appraisal screen where you are free to go back or select the treasure. What was the point of the confirmation step?

I agree on this. It's quite annoying how the game keeps asking "Do you want to open that door? -yes- or -no-". How am I supposed to continue if I'm not opening that door? There's no alternative route now, is there? On the other hand, it'd be good if there was a huge mob pack right behind it, but this never seems to be the case or well, barely seems to be the case.

Yup, why'd we need to confirm the appraisal if we walk to that NPC for that in the first place? Seems a bit weird to me.
