DiZ FC static looking for exceptional drg/nin for weekly A9S-A12S clears and 4.0

Hey there!

Team Rhalgr is looking for a replacement for our Ninja, who will not be renewing his sub for RL reasons. However, our current dragoon is exceptional both in dragoon and ninja, we are therefore looking for either a dragoon or a ninja.

We are a static that falls in between the "Mid-core" and "Semi-Harcore" category. What I mean by this is that we are generally easy going, but at the same time very committed. We strive for optimal performance dps-wise and mechanic-wise, but we only raid 4 days per week during progression. Everyone in the static knows their class and role inside and out and everyone takes pride in performing as good as possible regarding dps and fflogs, without wiping the raid due to being overly greedy.

The static is primarily made up of DiZ members, but we also have a fair amount of people outside of the FC, so joining that isn't mandatory. Raid hours are consistent and it's rather rare that we are unable to run.

As far as specifics go:

- During prog (4.0) we raid 4 days a week: monday, tuesday, thursday and sunday, 20.00ST - 23:00 Server Time. (Depending on work schedules we sometimes start at 19.30ST, if everyone is ok with it)

- During farm (right now) we usually raid tuesday, from 20.00ST until clear.

- We use Teamspeak and communication is in English.



What do we expect from you?

- Dedication
- A willingness to listen
- The ability to speak your mind in a fair and honest way without being toxic for the sake of it.
- A fun and light-hearted personality.
- A good and solid understanding of your class and role and the ability to help mould our strategies into something that suits your play style and skill level.
- Being able to simply admit a mistake, learn from it and move on.
- Being able to join our whatsapp groupchat, for important schedule changes (and chit-chat).
- During prog, IF there are guides/povs available, we expect everyone to check them out and atleast have an understanding of how the mechanics work. We also discuss these mechanics in our whatsapp groupchat during the day to sort out the details, so we are all on the same page by the time the raid starts, and lose as little time as possible.

We also expect a reasonable level of experience in Alexander Creator, having some exp on A12S would be great, while having one, or even multiple A12S clears would be even better.
However, if you can prove through fflogs, old screenshots or other means that you are an exceptional player, are on top of your game and know your class and role inside and out, but you do not have much experience with the current raid tier for whatever reason, we are definitely willing to make exceptions.

Last but certainly not least: We are all friends, knowing eachother for quite a long time now, and we all find it very important to have a healthy raid-environment. What I mean by this is that finger pointing, drama, being toxic towards others, etc. is a big nono. Making fun of eachother is of course a must! <3
