"Shadow Ban" system

Hello players and developers (I hope you see the post).
I want to offer create "Shadow ban" system for RMT-bots.
It works in following way:
if bot has "Shadow ban", he can write in chat, but only he sees his messages, and other players - not see the messages. After disconnect from server, he can't enter in a server because he was banned. So, because of the system, he will send his messages to "void", and after long time he will understand that he was banned. Accordingly, the system will reduce load for GMs relatively RMT-bots, and players rarely will see RMT-messages.

They've already introduced a very successful RMT bot management system. I like your idea but it's a bit too late my friend. :}

Very successful? Every day I see RMT-bots in the main towns near market boards and aetherytes. I send a reports, but they are spamming in /say and /shout more 10 - 20 mins then they get the ban. After that they are coming and doing it again after 5 mins.
