New Race/Character Customization Poll

I have made a poll on the topic, so that the devs can see a more realistic view of what it is we want in our game.

If you think Yoshi P should reconsider adding a new race for 4.0, or not, please vote.

I highly doubt any type of poll would change their mind on that particular thing. Take into considering the time it takes to put down a design they like, lore and everything that goes with it (including, but certainly not limited to place of origin), animations for jobs, making sure all gear is compatible without looking sloppy -

Coupled with the fact they said they're not adding a new race in 4.0, meaning they'd have to work on it now, from scratch -

That's just unrealistic to meet the vague deadline of summer 2017.

Not to be a negative nancy right off the bat, but the idea that this poll is a "more realistic view" is flawed because it is posted on the english section of the official forums. Many people don't use these forums, or even peruse them. I know promoting it through various hubs of users would help, but even then all you will get are the vocal minority and not truly access the masses of players who just play (although many of the also probably don't GAF about new races, but that's just me projecting stereotypes).

Also, if the poll does come back in a way you aren't expecting, don't be surprised.

I hope they have another in-game race poll. Although it appears to be too late for a new race in this upcoming expansion, I do hope they will consider adding a viera race in 5.0.

The only poll worth doing would have to be an in game poll , once per account.
The obvious reason being that only a small fraction of players frequent the forums .

That being said , i did vote.

At this point there'd have to be thousands of people requesting a new race for them to even consider it, they've already said they have no plans on adding a new race for 4.0 and they usually don't go back on something like that.

Give all hair to hair races and I'll be happy. I'd love to have the Miqo's dangley-doo haircut or the highlander's side ponytail or their bang-over one eye pony tail. Or just Lucia's hair.

I'd much rather more customization, as far as hairs goes I would love for them to section them off in some ways. Like mixing the front of 1 style with the back of another or other possible extras. I would also like the option to flip styles, kinda odd we can only have hair say pulled to one side, let us mirror it and have it on the other.
