Why don't we consider at a development meeting sometime in the future preferably not too far off in the future but at a time which is still able to be fit into the schedule and allow those who are responsible for making such changes to be present in order to ensure that there are no issues with considering said change, to change the abovementioned sentence into the following sentence which the author will show at the end of this paper and which the author believes is a more condensed but still equally informative sentence which although will not be as precise in terminology as in the aforementioned sentence due to the fact that:
a. The term "patch" does not wholly or as accuracy encompass the process of shutting down the servers, updating databases, performing tests, and restarting the servers, the processes of which would be more duly described by the term "maintenance".
b. The term "schedule" may in theory be wrongly interpreted by those with a level of reading comprehension below a certain threshold, the threshold of which, for the sake of transparency, has not yet been scientifically determined by the author and is not presumed by the author to certainly exist, but which is assumed by the author for the sake of brevity. The aforementioned sentence containing the more precise terminologies of "dates" and "times", which makes it less open to interpretation, but obviously at the expense of having a greater number of characters. This greater number of characters can have a wide variety of different effects upon its readers, variables which include but are not limited to the language in which it is written, the culture(s) of the readers, and the imponderable mysteries of the human mind and body. Although the author does not pretend to understand the full consequences of retaining the original aforementioned sentence or changing it so that the character count is reduced, he is advocating the consideration of said character count reduction at the next opportune conference between the development team personnel, the opportuneness which must first be determined.
c. The following selection of words, "the dates and times at which future maintenance may take place or are scheduled to take place", took four years, 300 lawyers, and fifteen million dollars to create.
